This Privacy policy explains how Neyrova collects, uses, discloses, stores, secures, transfers, and retains your personal information when you use our website, platform, connected services, social media integrations, analytics, automation tools, AI-assisted content features, and related services.
This Privacy policy also includes specific disclosures regarding how Neyrova uses and handles Google API data, including YouTube and YouTube Analytics data, in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

- profile data from social networks and other platforms you connect to Neyrova;

- to monitor platform security, detect abuse, prevent unauthorized access, and protect account integrity;
- to diagnose technical issues, fix bugs, improve performance, and maintain service reliability;
- to investigate suspicious activity, enforce Terms & Conditions, and protect Neyrova, users, connected platforms, and third parties.

4. Google & YouTube API Data Usage
Neyrova may use Google APIs, including YouTube APIs, YouTube Analytics APIs, Google Business Profile APIs, and related Google services, to provide user-facing features such as account connection, publishing, analytics, reporting, content management, and other functionality you authorize.
Neyrova only collects and uses Google user data where necessary to deliver the features you request and authorize. The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs by Neyrova will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- Google and YouTube data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are visible within Neyrova;
- Google and YouTube data is not sold, rented, transferred, or disclosed to third parties for advertising, retargeting, data brokerage, or unrelated commercial purposes;
- Google and YouTube data is not used for serving ads, personalized advertising, retargeting, or interest-based advertising;
- Google and YouTube data is not used to determine creditworthiness, lending eligibility, or similar financial decisions;
- Google and YouTube data is not used to train, improve, or develop generalized AI or machine-learning models outside of providing or improving user-facing Neyrova features authorized by the user;
- human access to Google user data is limited to cases where it is necessary for support with your consent, security purposes, legal compliance, or internal operations using aggregated or anonymized data where appropriate;
- Google and YouTube data may be transferred only where necessary to provide or improve the user-facing features you authorized, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or as otherwise permitted by the Google API Services User Data Policy.
You may revoke Neyrova’s access to your Google account data at any time through your Google account security settings or through the relevant connected account settings inside Neyrova, where available.

5. How We Share Information
Neyrova does not sell or rent your personal information.
Neyrova may share information only in limited circumstances described below.

User Content, scheduled posts, drafts, analytics, messages, comments, media files, reports, settings, and connected platform data may be cached, stored, or retained where necessary to support features such as publishing, analytics, reporting, automation, unified inbox, backups, audit records, and account recovery.
Neyrova may delete, anonymize, aggregate, restrict, or retain information after account cancellation, account inactivity, subscription termination, or service termination where permitted or required by law, contract, technical operations, security, or compliance needs.
