Refund Policy
Neyrova does not offer refunds of any kind for subscriptions, renewals, add-ons, paid services, unused time, unused features, account inactivity, or cancellation during an active billing period.
You agree that Neyrova does not offer refunds for issues caused by third-party platforms, including API changes, platform restrictions, account limitations, revoked permissions, failed publications, unavailable integrations, missing analytics, moderation actions, account bans, or any other changes made by Connected Platforms.
Before purchasing a Subscription Plan, you are responsible for reviewing the selected plan, billing cycle, included features, usage limits, renewal terms, and technical requirements.
Cancellation of a subscription stops future renewals only. It does not provide a refund, credit, or reimbursement for the current billing period.
Neyrova offers a trial period for you to evaluate our service free of charge. By signing up for our services, you will not be able to request refunds under any circumstances. It is your responsibility to understand what you are signing up for and to cancel your subscription in time if you do not wish to continue with it.
The service remains active for the period that has been paid according to the selected Subscription Plan. After the end of the paid billing cycle, if no renewal occurs, your account will be disabled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page.
