How to Upgrade to v4
Migrating to v4 is not automatic. Due to the vast differences between v4 and v3, it’s impossible to move your data over to the new platform, including your account passwords.
To upgrade:
- Visit Neyrova.
- Use the “Forgot Password” option to reset your password.
- Access your default workspace with your current subscription already attached.
Where’s My v3 Account and Schedules?
The old version 3 will be available at v3 Neyrova. The platform will be accessible to existing customers only, where you can view your scheduled posts, media library, and all other data. We’ll ensure all functions remain active and running.
The v3 platform will be available for 180 days from the date of this announcement. After this period, it will be permanently shut down.
I Was a Free Trial User on v3, What Happens to My Account?
We’re offering every free/trial account holders another 7-day subscription. After this period, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan of your choice.
What If I Want the Lifetime Plan?
We’re leaving the lifetime offer running until the end of this month (June 30th). You can purchase your lifetime plan on the offer page.
Where Are the v4 Tutorials?
We’re already rolling out text and video tutorials for v4, with old tutorials marked v3. More tutorials will be released in the coming week, along with our developer API documentation.
